Michelle Burch Chief of Staff
Michelle Burch, as DRCO Chief of Staff, serves as the company liaison between staff members, partners, investors, buyers, homebuilders, engineers, legal counsel, the media and other representatives and professional entities. She holds an active real estate license and ensures also the overall efficient operation of the company, directing day-to-day operations, high-level scheduling, and partnership transactions, as well as providing focus in the areas of branding and design, marketing strategy, and public affairs. And if that weren’t enough, Michelle adds to that skill set the designation of ‘Renaissance Woman,’ with her passion for art, European travel, and pure design. With a BFA from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) to her credit, she has creatively and continuously expressed her artistic passion in business scenarios, via a career in advertising, a venture into the dotcom scene, and a stint in branding and design at a Fortune 200 company. An avid cyclist and runner, she slows down to paint (in Italy, nonetheless), and provides a distinctive atmosphere of Zen at Dwyer Realty.
