Central Park is a 675-acre project ideally situated between the City of Austin and the City of Manor. Central Park will soon be home to a high-density master planned development comprised of single family, multi-family and mixed retail/commercial land uses. The first phase, consisting of approximately 170-acres, includes an alternative route for FM 973 that ultimately, will be incorporated into the Master Land Plan.
