Pete is awarded developments rights to a the Charles Johnson property first established in 1854. Property becomes The Woods of Westlake. 3. Pete works with the Trust for Public Land in acquiring the Gaines/ Foster land to increase the size of the Barton Creek Wilderness. As a result creates lasting value for Woods of Westlake. 4. Pete initiates the first Green Builder Parade of Homes in the U.S. and wins the TXCBA Max Award for Parkstone in Austin,Texas.
5. Wins the GSABA Max Award in San Antonio, Texas as the direct developer participant for Pinnacle.
6. Builds Villita West some of Austin’s first pedestrian scaled office condominiums. Project completely sold out in months.
7. River Place office condominiums establish Pete as a high end builder/developer in the office condo market.
8. InterPort. An innovative mixed-use development for international trade in Austin.
9. Wildhorse – Austin’s first major mixed-use project in the newly designated desired development zone.
